It’s takes 28 days to start or stop a habit. For two months I’ve been trying to walk 10,000 steps a day and eat better, not really a diet, just watching what I stuff in my mouth. It’s paid off. I look better, feel great and have lost over 30 pounds.
Whether it’s taking time to write, working out, or eating right, do it every day for a month and you’ll start to miss it when you skip. That’s where I am now.
When I don’t walk, my body misses it. When I eat junk, my body knows it. When I eat too much, my body feels it. And, I’m not craving crap all day.
Don’t just set a goal, form a habit.
